Return Policy For Toys

We want you to be happy!
You may return or exchange any Unopened Factory Sealed item within 30 days of receiving it.
Please read carefully the entire Return Policy before making a return!

All Returns Require Prior Authorization
please email rma@allsexstore.com with order number in the subject line, your name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.

Returns Time Period
Returned items must arrive within 30 days of receiving it, any returns arriving after 30 days will be returned to the sender unopened.

Returns Of Damaged Toy (Exchange Only)
If the item you received is physically defective we will gladly exchange it for you as long as you return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Returns Of Opened Toy
We will not issue credit for opened item. If item is opened you may only send it for exchange – one exchange per item.
Exchanges must arrive within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Shipping Costs
We will pay return shipping cost if the return is a result of the following:
1. We shipped you the wrong item
2. The item you received is physically defective and you wish to exchange it.

Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt.
Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.

Return Policy For DVD’s

We want you to be happy!
If you're not completely thrilled with the DVD you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Please read carefully the entire Return Policy before making a return!

Any returns sent to ANS Internet Marketing without receiving a prior RMA will be returned to the sender unopened.

Returns Time Period
Returned DVD must arrive within 30 days of receiving it, any returns arriving after 30 days will be returned to the sender unopened.

Exchanges
If DVD you ordered from ANS Internet Marketing does not meet your expectations or defective you may return it for exchange within 45 days of receiving it.
We will only make one exchange per DVD (With the exception of defective DVD’s).
We will pay shipping charges for items ordered in exchange. We will ship to same address as for original order unless you specify different ship-to address.

Return Shipping Costs

2. The DVD you received is physically defective and you wish to exchange it.
We will not pay return shipping cost if the DVD is returned for credit.
