When will I receive my order?
Orders received by 3 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day and your shipment should arrive in 1-3 days for all items in stock (Most items are always in stock).
Canadian residents please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
For international orders please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment.
For expedited shipment please use our various UPS shipment options.

Is my information kept discreet.
Yes, very discreet. We keep all our customer records confidential, we never sell our customer lists to anyone. We do not send unsolicited mail. We maintain an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products and offer special discount to list members. You can - at any time - add or remove your name from this list.

What carrier service do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS).


Are items being shipped discreetly?
Yes, we ship all items in a plain box. The label on the box will say : "ANS Internet Marketing" and will include any reference to AllSexStore.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes, we ship world-wide. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.
As the importer of record you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products

Is it safe to submit my Credit Card Information?
Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit.


How will you show on my credit card statement?
A charge by "ANS Internet Marketing".


How old do I need to be to order?
21 years or older. We will not ship to minors.
